Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at www.nuaadesigns.com. In the odd case that you are dissatisfied with your nuaa product, we would still request you to please take a moment to understand how your nuaa product is unique.
Your nuaa product was woven on the loom by hand in a village in India, thereafter, it was printed by hand using hand carved wooden blocks in our studio in Telangana. All embellishments and embroidery on your nuaa product were done by underprivileged women. Your nuaa product is therefore, unique and absolutely different from any other product in the world. It holds within itself the story of a creative and laborious process of working with hands! So, we request you to consider minor irregularities of weaves, stitch and colour or print spills as authentication of handcrafted products. Please don’t view them as defects. We assure you we take utmost care while creating our products, conduct necessary quality checks before our product leaves for your home.
However, if you are still not satisfied with your nuaa product, we request you to follow the instructions below for returning your nuaa product:
Only products that are eligible for return may be returned. Please note that only the following products are eligible for return:
- Only defective or damaged products;
- In case we have sent you the wrong nuaa product or if the product does not match the description on the Web site; and /or
- nuaa products with genuine quality issues
Please ensure you understand whether your product is eligible for return prior to confirming the purchase.
- You must intimate nuaa by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the return of the eligible product within ten (10) days of receiving your order. Please mention the order number in the subject line of your email to help us expedite the return process.
- In the unlikely event that your nuaa product arrives damaged, we request you to email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please mention the order number in the subject line of your email to help us expedite the return process.
- Once your request is received by us we will approve and authorise the return request and arrange for a return pick up. The return will be processed within ten (10) working days from approval of the return request and we will keep you updated through proper communication channels. We request you to read our terms before you return your nuaa product:
- Please ensure that the nuaa product you wish to return is in a saleable condition, that is, it is unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- We request you to maintain the original packaging of the nuaa product to be returned, including the nuaa paper tags, cloth bags and labels
- Please ensure that nuaa product that you wish to return is packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Once we the receive the nuaa product we will conduct a necessary quality check and upon satisfaction, we will initiate the process for your refund into the original mode of payment. In our experience, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund after it has been initiated from our end.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Products returned in a used, damaged or unsaleable condition
- Sale products are non-returnable unless there is a defect or it does not match the description on the Web site.
- In case of minor colour variations. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
- In case of print spills or printing irregularities. With hand block products there will always be some printing irregularities in the product
- In case of minor weave or stitch irregularities. With handloom and hand embroidered products there will always be some irregularity in the product
- In case of incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier agency
- In case the package was refused by the customer
